Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
3. Account Terms
Account Creation
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

4. Acceptable Use

Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse of our services. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Payment Terms
Billing

- Indefinite retention of user data
- Successful delivery of emails
Liability Cap
Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid by you to OmyPost for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Failure to pay fees
- Extended periods of inactivity
Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Access to services will cease immediately
- Data may be deleted after 30 days
- You remain liable for any outstanding payments
- Certain provisions of these terms survive termination
